ALET is dedicated to promoting the positive impact of technology in education. Our members include education and technical professionals from throughout the State. ALET offers its members and the broader education community multiple ways to grow professionally. In addition to presentations and events, ALET offers two certifications. The Alabama Chief Technology Officer (AL-CTO) and Alabama Technology Integration Coach (AL-TIC) programs help to build excellence in Alabama EdTech throughout the state. In addition, members are encouraged to become nationally certified in various specialties via CoSN and ISTE.
ALET sponsors contribute to our mission by supporting our events and collaborating with our members. ALET exhibitors share product benefits, case studies, and roadmaps with attendees. In turn, ALET members provide these industry leaders with vital feedback on how their products and services can be further developed to improve their usefulness and effectiveness.
