End User License Agreement
ALET grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to install and use this application on a device controlled by you. This app is made available “as is.” Use of this app is the end user’s option and ALET will not be held responsible for any damages that arise from its use.
Privacy Policy
Certain visitors to ALET’s website may choose to interact with ALET in ways that require us to collect personally-identifying information (i.e. registering for an ALET event or taking a survey). The amount and type of information that we gather depend on the nature of the interaction. Those who engage in transactions with ALET are asked to provide the personal and financial information required to process those transactions. ALET does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below. And visitors can always refuse to supply personally-identifying information, with the caveat that it may prevent them from engaging in certain website-related activities. 1) When registering for an event, your name, employer, job title, and contact information may be disclosed to our paying sponsors. 2) When paying by credit card in conjunction with an online registration, your credit card details and other required information will be securely transmitted to our online payments processor www.Intuit.com. 3) When you participate in ALET surveys, the information that you provide may be disclosed in ALET reports which may be later be distributed to other organizations or used in publicly available publications.
